Dancing in heels makes you feel confident and sexy, and is known for instilling an added sense of confidence and power. It accentuates the lines of the body, making your movements appear sharp and exaggerated.
In this class we will start with a barefoot warm-up to get the body ready for the choreograhy. We will then move into a short combo, one bit at a time. This class is open to total beginners!
Heels (Open Level)
Ready to take your heels technique to the next level? This is a fast-paced class which will focus on more intricate musicality, flexibilty, and more advanced technique. Prepare to sweat!
Anyone can take this class, but we recommend you are comfortable with general dance technique.
Heels are recommended but not required. We suggest something that supports the ankle.
Beginner Hip Hop
This class will give you an introduction to Hip-Hop culture with a fun and energetic routine. Class starts with a warm up and stretch, then focuses on original choreography. You will build a solid foundation to execute popular dance moves.
Sneakers are recommended for this class. Wear what makes you comfortable but if you want to get into the 'vibe' we recommend wearing baggy clothing.
Jazz Funk is a commercial style of dance which blends hip-hop, jazz, and street dance. The class starts with a warm-up and stretch, and then focuses on fun choreography.
This class explores a unique blend of contemporary movement. The class includes a warm-up, technique, and choreography. This class is a fun way to explore how music makes us feel and how we can express that through dance.
In our Advanced Contmporary class, we dive further into advanced technique including; jumps, turns, floorwork, musicality, and faster-paced choreography. Anyone can join this class but we do recommend some dance experience.
This dancehall/jazz/hip-hop fusion class is a high energy class that adds a carribean vibe to your day. We will whine and grind our way through popular dancehall music! Expect to move your body in a totally new way, twerking included.
This is not your grandmother's step-touch! Expect to break a sweat and get your heart rate up!
Reggaeton is a music style that originated in Puerto Rico. It's considered one of the most popular music genres in the Spanish speaking countries.This class is all about that contagious beat that's going to get you grooving!! Bonus-We usually learn a little Spanish while we dance!

MoveIntuit is an evidence-based somatic movement modality and movement class that inspires body awareness, fosters holistic wellness, creates strength & mobility, and aids in releasing blocked emotions in the body.
MoveIntuit's main purpose is to align you with your own intuition, nervous system, and body; building a strong mind-body connection in the process.
Expect to move thrpugh strengthening & mobilizing exercizes with a focus on the internal experience of the movement.
A slow moving practice that focuses on the deeper tissues of the body. Yin is both gentle & challenging. Poses are held for 3 – 5 minutes. More time in each posture gives way to restoring the body towards a natural state of softening and letting go. This class is all about ‘un-doing’ and nourishing the connective tissues. Yin is also a great introduction to meditation and a great way to practice stillness in the body and mind. This style of practice is suitable for all levels and a relaxingn way to end your week.
Yang/Yin Yoga is a combo classed designed to get you to move your body, wake up your tissues, and connect a little deeper to into your self. The first portion of the class will feature dynamic movement and flow, while the later portion will offer healthy stress to your body to allow the space created to become integrated inwards. Expect to laugh, breathe, and feel the depth of this practice. All levels welcome
Kpop, which is the abbreviation of Korean pop, is a genre of popular music originating in South Korea.
This genre of music is influenced by styles and genres from around the world, such as rock, jazz, gospel, hip hop, R&B, reggae, electronic dance, folk, country, and classical on top of its traditional Korean music roots.
In this class you will learn a piece of popular choreography as showcased in K-pop music videos and concerts.
For this class we turn up the music and move! Barre is an energetic low impact workout that fuses techniques from Yoga, Pilates and Ballet strengthening the entire body. There are always options to make the class more challenging or to add in more ease. No dance experience required. All levels welcome.

Lyrical combines the technique of ballet and the fluidity of jazz dance. A unique trait of lyrical is the emotional connection and storytelling brought to life by the song lyrics. Movement may be choreographed to the vocal performance of a song, not just the rhythm.
Salsa is a Latin dance associated with the music genre of the same name which was first popularized in the United States in the 1960s in New York City. Salsa is an amalgamation of Cuban dances such mambo, pachanga, bachata and rumba as well as American dances such as swing and tap.
