Heels Technique This class will give you an introduction to commercial dance in heels. This is the perfect class for anyone who wants to try heels but may be nervous about how it feels to dance in a pair of stilettos! We will start the class with a barefoot warm-up practicing weight shifting, turns, and other common movements. Heels are used to accentuate the lines of the body, and instill confidence. Dancing in heels is empowering and sexy. Beginner Heels Dancing in heels makes you feel confident and sexy, and is known for instilling an added sense of confidence and power. It accentuates the lines of the body, making your movements appear sharp and exaggerated. In this class we will start with a barefoot warm-up to get the body ready for the choreograhy. We will then move into a short combo, one bit at a time. This class is open to total beginners! Inter/Advanced Heels Ready to take your heels technique to the next level? This is a fast-paced class which will focus on more intricate musicality, flexibilty, and more advanced technique. Prepare to sweat! Anyone can take this class, but we recommend you are comfortable with general dance technique. Heels are recommended but not required. We suggest something that supports the ankle.

Hip Hop

Hip Hop Fundamentals This class will give you an introduction to Hip-Hop culture through a variety of popular dance moves. Class starts with a warm up and stretch, and then focuses on breaking down a few fundamental movements for the genre. We will spend a lot of time repeating the moves and really getting into the "how to", giving you the opportunity to learn popular moves at a slow pace. Expect detailed break-downs and drilling of more complicated movements. Beginner Hip Hop This class will give you an introduction to Hip-Hop culture with a fun and energetic routine. Class starts with a warm up and stretch, then focuses on original choreography. You will build a solid foundation to execute popular dance moves. Sneakers are recommended for this class. Wear what makes you comfortable but if you want to get into the 'vibe' we recommend wearing baggy clothing.

Floorwork & Flexibility

This class will focus on floor-based choreography, tricks, and transitions, while developing joint mobility and flexibility through active movements. Floorwork is an important component to many dance styles, but transitions to and from the floor can be challenging. This is why we’re introducing a dedicated class for floorwork skills. In this class we will start with a warm up, focusing on the fundamentals, followed by a short floowork-based combo.

Jazz Funk

Jazz Funk is a commercial style of dance which blends hip-hop, jazz and street dance. The class starts with a warm-up and stretch, and then focuses on fun choreography.


This class explores a unique blend of contemporary movement. The class includes a warm-up, technique, and choreography. This class is a fun way to explore how music makes us feel and how we can express that through dance. Advanced In our Advanced Contmporary class, we dive further into advanced technique including; jumps, turns, floorwork, musicality, and faster-paced choreography. Anyone can join this class but we do recommend some dance experience.

Friday Grind

This dancehall-ispired class is a high energy class that adds a carribean vibe to your dayWe will whine and grind our way through popular dancehall music! Expect to move your body in a totally new way, twerking included. This is not your grandmother's step-touch! Expect to break a sweat and get your heart rate up!


Reggaeton is a music style that originated in Puerto Rico. It's considered one of the most popular music genres in the Spanish speaking countries.This class is all about that contagious beat that's going to get you grooving!! Bonus-We usually learn a little Spanish while we dance! This class is open to total beginners!

Strength & Flexibility

This class is a great addition to your dance practice. The focus will be on building strength and flexibility in a functional way. We will use active stretching and mobility techniques based in primal movement and yoga to increase your ability to move with strength and ease. This class is also great for anyone just looking to add some new movement techniques to your fitness routine, or to break out of old movement patterns


Build strength and flexibility. This class will help you unwind your tissue, mobilize your joints, reduce stress, and settle your system. The class itself is slow and strong. All levels welcome.

Beginner Twerk

This class is all about learning different ways of manipulating your waist line and feeling great while doing so. Twerking can be a powerful and form of self-expression, but expect to get your heart-rate up in this class. Twerking is a type of dance originating as part of the bounce music scene of New Orleans in the late 1980s, with roots found throughout the continent of Africa as well as the African and Afro-Latin diaspora. What to expect: Body rolls, booty popping, booty isolation, hip dips and much more. What not to expect: leaving class sweat-free!


Kpop, which is the abbreviation of Korean pop, is a genre of popular music originating in South Korea.
This genre of music is influenced by styles and genres from around the world, such as rock, jazz, gospel, hip hop, R&B, reggae, electronic dance, folk, country, and classical on top of its traditional Korean music roots.
In this class you will learn a piece of popular choreography as showcased in K-pop music videos and concerts.


For this class we turn up the music and move! Barre is an energetic low impact workout that fuses techniques from Yoga, Pilates and Ballet strengthening the entire body. There are always options to make the class more challenging or to add in more ease. No dance experience required. All levels welcome. Bring water and wear something you can move in. Bring a yoga mat if desired* *We will not be providing yoga mats at this time.

Urban Contemporary

A versatile class that combines elements of contemporary, whacking, house, and hip hop! Challenge your body and mind with a variety of movement styles. Open to beginners.


Lyrical combines the technique of ballet and the fluidity of jazz dance. A unique trait of lyrical is the emotional connection and storytelling brought to life by the song lyrics. Movement may be choreographed to the vocal performance of a song, not just the rhythm.

Jazz/Street Jazz

Jazz is an umbrella term encompassing several different styles of dance that became popular in the early 20th-century. Though jazz dance has mixed roots extending back through both African and European traditions, it's a uniquely American creation, which developed simultaneously with jazz music in New Orleans. This genre of dance works on dancer's creativity, their understanding of the music and their energy, fusing traditional jazz with hip hop.
