As Governments begin to lift restrictions and businesses reopen,  the health and safety of our community is our top priority. As we reopen, the following policies will be implemented:

Limited Capacity:

Class capacity has been limited to 12 dancers to maintain physical distancing of a two-metre radius at all times. We recommend booking ahead to secure your spot.

Registration and Payment:

Dancers must pre-register for class on our website or the “Zen Planner” app. 

We encourage you to pay for class ahead of time on the app or website.


Signs have been placed at our studio entrance notifying clients of our COVID-19 policies and that they must not enter if they have travelled in the past two weeks or have symptoms of COVID-19.

Staff who have symptoms of the illness must not work and need to self-isolate and contact their care provider. If one staff member is confirmed with a case, all staff will be required to get tested before returning to work. 

Hand Sanitizer: 

A hand sanitization station will be provided and we require sanitizing before and after every class. You may also head straight to the washrooms to wash hands with soap and water if preferred.


Masks are optional for dancers and instructors. Wearing a face mask while exercising may limit ventilation and impair oxygen levels, causing breathing difficulties, shortness of breath, dizziness, and chest tightness.


Due to the movement during class, the mask may also get wet from sweat and shift often, which promotes the growth of microorganisms and makes masks less effective. Please consult your health care provider if you are deciding whether to wear a mask in class or not.


We will ensure 2 metres of physical distancing in the studio at all times and regular disinfecting to keep our environment clean and safe for dancers. 


We ask that dancers come ready to dance and bring their own water bottles. We have a water fountain for refills but no cups will be provided.


We recommend arriving no more than 5 minutes before the class start time,  and we encourage you to leave promptly after class to avoid cross-traffic. Classes currently have 15 minutes between them.

Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No Shows:

Drop-Ins & Class Packages: If you do not show up for a class or do not cancel before the 2-hour cancellation window, the class will be deducted from your class package. 

Unlimited Members and Intro Month Dancers: If you do not show up for a class or do not cancel before the 2-hour cancellation window, you will be charged a $15 late fee to your card on file. 

Cleaning and Disinfecting:

There will be 15-minute breaks between classes for crossover and disinfecting the studio. Before and after each class, our studio floors and high touch surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected using  a hospital-grade cleaning solution proven to kill infectious viruses, like COVID-19. 

We recommend waiting outside should you arrive early or if you are waiting to take another class back-to-back.  Please be respectful of others and maintain physical distancing at all times.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will share updates to these policies with you as time passes, and new information is available.

We will be offering online classes if you can’t attend in person, or don’t feel comfortable yet.
