Once you have a membership you can click on the member menu in the top right of the website, and choose "Class Library". Then, you can select the genre you want and you will be taken to the online class portal.

Can I try some classes first?

Yes! We have a collection of free classes you can access here, or on our Youtube channel.

How do online classes work?

Our online classes are all on-demand, meaning you can take any of our classes at any time. Your membership gets you access to our ever-growing library of online tutorials in a variety of styles.

How can I get the most out of an online class?

Our online classes are meant to be taken in your own home, but we understand with limited space this can be challenging.

  • We recommend first clearing a space in your home, preferably on floor and not carpet if possible.
  • Wear clothes you would wear to the studio! We also find that it can help getting ready as if you are actually going out to the studio as this can help you stay more focused.
  • Have water nearby.
  • Warm up well. Use one of our warm up videos or do you own thorough warm up before you take any class!
  • Pause and rewind the video as much as you need to. The beauty of learning at home is that you can really take each class at your own pace.
  • If you have a question about any of our classes please message us on IG or Facebook. Recording your question as a video can help us understand better what you need help with.
  • Record yourself and watch it back. This can be a valuable tool in connecting how you think you look and how you actually look. You can compare yourself to a video of the instructor for timing, texture, and other details!
  • Above all, have fun! These classes are meant for you to enjoy - so do not stress if you don't look perfect or get every move.

How do I sign up for class?

You can sign up for any of our studio classes by going to our class schedule here. Due to the current pandemic we require everyone to sign up for class ahead of time. We are not accepting walk-ins to the studio as we have limited space to ensure physical distancing. You can still sign up for a drop-in class, please just do so online before class starts! If you need help let us know.

Do I have to commit to a certain number of classes/weeks?

All of our classes are on a "drop-in" basis, which means there is no commitment required. You can pay for these classes per-class, or purchase one of our passes or memberships! Please take a look at our membership page for more info.

How much do classes cost?

A single drop-in for one of our regular classes is $15 +tax . We have many options for memberships and class passes as well! Check out our full price list here. The prices of pop-ups and workshops vary.

What kind of experience is needed? Can I come if I have never danced before?

Yes! We welcome and encourage all beginner dancers. This is a place to have fun and learn something new. If you’re a new student, we offer a 1 month unlimited intro pass so you can find the right classes for you.

Where are you located? Is there parking available?

Our newly rennovated underground studio is located at 82 Regent St, in the heart of downtown Fredericton, NB, Canada. We are situated right next to the Tipsy Muse Cafe. There is metered parking along Queen St, which is free after 5pm and on weekends & holidays. Parking is at your own risk, please always check signage

Are there lockers or changerooms?

Our studio has 2 bathrooms, and 2 dedicated changerooms. We do not have showers, but we have a small supply of toiletries to freshen you up when needed! (Dry shampoo, hair elastics, deoderant). We have cubbies in the studio where you can store small belongings, but please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

What should I wear to class?

We recommend that you wear something that is comfortable and easy to move in.

What kind of footwear should I wear?

Please make sure all footwear is indoor/clean. Wet footwear will not be permitted in the studio. Hip Hop / Jazz Funk / Friday Grind: Indoor or clean running shoes/sneakers. Contemporary: Barefoot,or non slip socks are best. Heels: Heels are not mandatory to take a heels class, BUT they are encouraged! The most important thing is that your heels have good foot/ankle support. Platforms and wedges are discouraged as your foot will be unstable in them. Stilletto heels that are 3-4" in height are ideal.

Can my child attend classes?

Our classes are geared towards adult dancers, 18+. Dancers who are 16 and over can attend classes with parental consent when registering online. Please note that our music may include explicit language.

How early should I arrive to class? What happens if I am late?

We do not allow students into class 15 min after the start time of the class. This is to ensure you get warmed up properly and avoid injury. We ask that all students arrive NO SOONER than 10 minutes before classes start to sign in and give yourself enough time to get ready for class. The studio will be open 10 minutes before classes start. In order to reduce the chance of cross-traffic and congestion in the studio, we ask that you do not linger after class and exit the studio promptly.
