Samantha Shea is a mover, dancer, and coach who has travelled across Canada & the US, training, studying, and coaching various forms of movement as an expressive art as well as a means for fitness and wellness.
She is a certified flexibility coach with Deflying Fitness (Toronto) & Can Fit Pro, and an experienced movement coach with several years' worth of experience guiding all ages and ability in safe and effective movement practices.
Most of the past 10 years she has spent performing and coaching circus arts in Toronto, but has fallen back in love with dance. Her specialties are natural movement, flexibility, and commercial heels dance.
